The boring stuff

I've been building things for the web for more than 20 years, mostly with CSS, UI libraries, design systems, and responsive, accessible interfaces. I enjoy turning complicated requirements into things that feel simple, polished, and easy to use. These days, I work with Vue, React, and other modern frontend tools.

I like seeing projects through from the first idea to the final deployment — figuring out what needs building, writing the code, reviewing it, testing it, and getting it shipped. I also lead small teams, help developers grow, and look for practical ways to use AI in the engineering workflow.
